Off the top of my head, I think UBB Buddies are the same as "Friends" in other forums. You add them to your list and can send a PM to all of them at the same time. Of course, you actually have to have friends to do this.

A possible lead the the "Name" of this Zombie was a card found under the shirt. The only readable part appeared to ba a name. Diane Fei...with the rest being unreadable.
