Pokey posted, "We will need a few days to sort this thing out. Do not expect any notifications to be sent out for at least a week." This is pretty much a standard response from the Busse boys. It has been known to take only a couple days for confirmations to start going out, but they want to have some leeway so folks don't start clogging their email service or the phone lines.

I've never head of them not honoring an order if you got it in to them AFTER the go time and before the end time.

well while busse customer service maybe isn't the most efficient they do make a good effort to keep everything on the right track. just have to be patient and everything works out. a package from busse is like that flash thing from men in black. all you will remember is wanting the blade and then getting the blade. everything in between is a blur.

I just want to order today and have the knives show up in two days.  I do know that won't happen.

I find the emails to be sporadic sometimes I get a shipping notice and sometimes I just get a package.
