It's mid June. I have a small window to order new steel from Scrap Yard Knife Works.

They must have run into some sort of problem in the production.
Steel shortage, batch of bad steel or something along those lines.
It can't be just a website problem...

abducted means they took the Res-C, like in kidnapped.
absconded means they fled (with the Res-c)
Basically it's just splitting hairs. Either one means the stole the Res-C and fled!
