I'm starting to think they are extremely backlogged right now and literally CAN"T take any new orders. It may be months before you can order again.....

Backlogged? How can anyone submit an order with the order page down since well before Blade? They quote 4-16 weeks lead time, I'm assuming they have orders needing to be filled from MONTHS ago.

That's the other "customers" I was also speculating to also. Hopefully soon though cause the 11-11 is one bad you know what.
