The phone interview went well for him and he's still got to do an in-person interview, but they told him that he'd be starting Nov 5th. I guess the in-person is for paperwork and whatnot.

It's costing me about $300 to get him on the road. That I don't have right now. Had to borrow it off my credit card and he'll have to pay me back when he gets his first couple checks

If the times were close, maybe. But they're 3-4 hours different and it's a 30 minute drive so no back and forth.
