The "new" knife was the "orange" knife and is/was the KC Muck.

Hope I'm wrong. Me too. The release of info has gotten more lacking lately. Dan doesn't seem to be as interactive with us as in the past...it's a shame. I know he's busy, but it just feels different. I probably just feel this way because it's been awhile since an original release / announcement....my guess is that the business model was changed to try and have a consistent lineup (ie: the 11 series) for customers to acquire. So, the "unique" offerings are even more scarce.

Dan was going to try out the test model while deer hunting, so I suspect a blade different from the Muk.
