I need to lower my blood pressure. I got my all weather space blankets in and I've got one here to check out. So far I am impressed. I got the Hooded versions. My use for them will be for the truck in case we get stuck out in the cold and have to hole up for a night. I need to pick up one of those 10 packs of "Hand warmers" from wally world too. They could come in handy.

I want to make up a winter kit, with the space blankets, some granola bars, water and a couple other things just for the winter. Plus I am always forgetting and leaving my coat either at home and need it the next morning or leaving it at work and then need it the next night when I come to work. Oh well, I'll get used to remembering it before long.

Good idea, and you might include a candle to provide light and heat.

I usually keep a jacket behind the truck seat, along with a light wool blanket.

I had thought about that, but am kinda scared to have a candle in the truck. That's another reason I have that one flashlight that will burn for almost 40 hours on low, PLUS I have a couple spares in my 511 bag and Maxped fat boy kit as well.

You can also get one of those windshield heaters/fans that plug into the cigarette lighter.

Now that might not be to bad.

You know I am setting here looking at my Emerson Karambit and got to thinking that I maybe need to "Stash" my Cold Steel Steel Tiger Karambit in the truck somewhere. You know, just in case.

I keep a B-11 behind the seat, a Becker Necker in the door pouch, a knife on the seat and pistol by the 4 W/D shift.

I need to get a Scrapivore in the glove box.
