She isn't ready, but they're going to move her anyway. Sounds kinda like a sink or swim situation. Been there done that. Yeah, but they have to be ready to swim.

But she's smart and asks good questions. She takes the calls well. Her biggest shortcoming is that she's really timid on the radio. Like she's scared of it.
