You know you have to have a Type-A personality to do this job, with a little OCD mixed in. YUP ya gotta be able go give it back to them at times and you have to be able to multitask.

Multi-tasking is not one of her strong points either. But I just think she hasn't learned how to manage her time.

Anyway, She's kind of bad so far to let us do stuff for her. Once she gets on shift she'll have to do it.

I think she'll be fine in the long run, but she needs more training time. We've got a girl here like that, been here several months and still asks questions she LEARNED, or should have, in the first two weeks! I really don't know if she'll make it for the long haul or not.

This girl knows what she's doing. But she spends a lot of time second guessing herself. She'll put in something and turn and look at me to see if its right.

AND I can't tell you how many times it has taken her anywhere from one to two hours to catch her logs up, and she was only behind about two hours! Heck, I could do that in about 15 minutes max.
