Let's see, HOW do we eliminate the following:
Werewolves
Silver, decapitation, or massive body trauma sustained so many times they run out of energy to rejuvenate.
Vampires
Wooden stakes through the heart, Holy Water, Crosses, Sunlight, Decapitation (But you gotta believe or this won't work).
Ghouls
Goblins
Zombies
Decapitation or massive body trauma. (12 gauge works nicely)
Hmmm. Decapitation seems to be a sure way to eliminate just about anything.

Me too! I might try that - as a method getting leaner... I´m not much of a sports man. I do have some kind of "awakenings" time to time and then do some conditioning for a while until my self-indulgence wins again....
