I had a buck chasing a doe. MAN he was a nice one but he came in behind me 30 yards through some brush. Couldn't get a shot. Tried calling him off of her. I give myself props for sounding enough like a lovesick doe that it made him stop a few times to think about it

One of his front legs was broken. That was the other reason I wanted to call him in and take him down. Animal is clearly suffering and is more a risk now of getting hit by a car.

On that note, I think I'll slip on outta here. Gonna try again Monday AM if I can sneak off to do rifle before I have to do a stress test at 0930. If I have a nice one come in and miss that would definitely give me stress

Too bad our crack team of builders (or were they ON crack) didn't put the release valve over a drain as required by code so it jus5 dumps out on floor!
