I was lucky enough to shoot a suppressed MP5 full auto a while back. Our SWAT guys carry them and I was on the range while they were shooting.  Evening Todd. I've seen them at the range for rental but didn't do it.

I hear ya. There are two things a man can not live without once he has his first one. One is shooting a full automatic weapon, and we don't really need to name the second one.  Randy, you old DOG!!!

And yes, I did say M14. One of our officers is issued an d surplus M14 that has a selector switch. I understand it's a fairly rare gun. And yes, it's way too much on full auto.
