Ray, my doctor told me I shouldn't eat nuts. That they could get lodged in the little sacks that pooch out.

BUT the good news is that my Hemoglobin levels are increasing. He wants me to stay on my iron pills though, at least for now and said he will see me in a year! This last Colonoscopy I had didn't revel any per-cancerous polyps!
