It is probably a combination. Folks are expecting WAY more from the device than they should for that price. Most folks are just dazzled by the price and expect Iphone/pad functionality.

I expect it to function as well as my phone. Just not as well as an I-pad.

They don't have as much to do as my phone does. No 3/4g and no phone calls. Less technology. Its just a tiny computer with wi-fi

Patty and I don't need all the fancy dancy smart phone functions. We just use it for communication. But Derek is pushing to get us a smart phone AND keep this one too! That his mom and I would both have one. She kinda likes the thoughts of a smart phone. Me, Meh.
