Of those three calibers I don't think any would be great for a first time shooter especially in a light weight rifle
So if a 357 barrel is your end goal, I would just pick which one is easiest to convert (i know nothing about the H&R rifles) or whatever one has the easiest ammo to find

A little wet but not bad otherwise. The roads are clear but they might ice up overnight if the temperature drops.
