Maybe get some orange juice for breakfast. Drinking is good mut watch the sugar.  You should overdose the vitamin C. Take 4-5 grams / day.

Been meaning to do that, but I just haven't. Same here. I just forget it and remember it when I´m not feeling good anymore... Sometimes I think I´ll just save the money. Not a good way to save if you get sick!
