The biggest problem I'd have is storing it, if the electrical system went down.

The biggest problem I'd have is storing it, if the electrical system went down. Just eat ´em all!

My wife makes some awesome deer jerky. I´d like to learn how to make that. Only jerky I´ve tasted came from a supermarket...

I'll get you her recipe. She marinates it for about 36 hours and then runs it in the de-humidifier for about 6 hours.

Dad makes it in his oven. Just leave the door cracked open to let the moisture out, and cook it on about 150 degrees.
