Yep it was great, a little lemon, butter and a dash of old bay seasoning. We cooked 2 of them about about 20" long and they were both gone pretty quickly.

okay, that's not true, I had salmon tacos for dinner last night, but nothing beats cooking something you caught and hanging out by the fire.

the only stuff in cans I consider to actually be fish are things like sardines and sprats, stuff that nobody's gonna catch around here. I would murder six dudes for some fried smelt right now. I could probably eat a couple pouns, with some chips or fried onions.

right now I have a buttload of pics uploading to flickr so I can destroy the modems of all the dial-up dogs with pics from the pumpkin carving last week.
