That's what happened in St. Louis several years ago. Thank goodness the SANE people of the state voted it down. But guess what! They were able to build their stadium anyway. Smaller than the last one, and the prices for tickets have increased a lot! NO WAY will I pay that much just to see a bunch of overpaid people do what ever they do.
