Glocks are nice guns, even if you don't like them you can't argue with their success. Glad to see you're a responsible and sensible gun owner Rich. So many demonize something just because they don't like it, and Yes I do this as well for some things.

Thats the overwhelming opinion I have been getting on the CZ they look lithe the ergos are there, that is the reason I dislike the Glock yes they go bang every time but so do Hipoints. lol
The 4th gen sounds like they may have gotten a lot better on the ergos though so I reserve the right to change my opinion.

I don't really think the gen 4 made any significant steps forward in ergos, cmon, we're talking about 2mm shorter trigger reach..... That being said I'm still married to Glock, it is definitely love/hate for me....

LOL Thats just what my fan boy buddy told me. I still haven't had my hands on one, as far as striker fired I would take the XD then M&P over the Glocks all day long. Again this is my not so humble opinion.

That being said, I do like the way the gen 4 19/23/32 feel best of all the models available. That is not counting the new 42 though, which I'm sure has the best ergos of any Glock at this point....

The 19 fits my hand well and points very well for me. May be more forgiving to my mistakes than the CZ, but too early to tell. As I go back and forth between the two, I like the feel of both...just for different reasons.

I carry a Gen 3 G19, after years of carrying a Sig P229. I love the G19 and shoot it really well. It's ugly as can be, but as long as it does the job I'm golden.

I know many people who swear by the Glock, I just have never been able to enjoy them I think its because I got spoiled with my first pistol which was a 1911. Saying that if it came down to it I wouldn't turn one away either.
