Kansas City and St. Louis has got to be the Koolaid distribution centers for the entire state! We get the same thing with minneapolis and st. paul here. All the cidiots as we call them.

ok back I had no nerves left but the antibiotic had pretty much taken care of the infection in the tooth so pretty straight forward. I am still really numb so no idea how the pain is now.
