Actually, from a safety standpoint, there should be at least two people on site at all times.

Actually, from a safety standpoint, there should be at least two people on site at all times. I agree. And knowing the job like I do, let me just say that only having one person on duty is a liability, and the county could very well end up paying dearly if someone ever suffers a loss because of that. Especially in today's lawsuit happy world.
