Time to get out the pots and pans. Actually ONE pot and ONE skillet.

Zatarains, pretty good stuff. They have different flavors. One of our favorites is Good Luck Hoppin John. It's in the cookbook thread. Rice, blackeyed peas, green onions(regular onions if you want and crushed pepper flakes. I think that's it.
