I see that Busse is still making/selling their 3.5 & 4" Elmax Steak Knives. With all of that Elmax floating around the shop, what is the chance that Dan can get some for another ScrapMax blade? I'd sure love to see a 4" thin Elmax blade. To quote a pro: The Elmax knives from the Yard are great!

An 8" slicer would STILL be nice, and if it was 3/16" thick and Bowie style it would be even better!!!
