muscle strains and joints can be hell .... just as long as you warm it up nicely before training, ice it afterwards ... and stretch all the time ... it should be fine. I use something called herbal ice .... works like a bomb on joints and muscles!

No such luck here itx!
Only unique Scrap Yard item I have is that coated keeper which is one of a kind. Only reason I have that is I managed to track down the person who purchased it and buy it off of them. Was a challenge!
