I'm thinking my new smatchet would be good to cleave a zombie head or two, or at least hold 'em at bay 'til I get my new LE bowie!
Or, maybe it would be better to keep them at a distance with my AR.

AR's may kill the living, but you need 7.62mm for zombies.

I'm thinking head shots. No brain, no locomotion. though, I do agree that a .308 would be better, overall. You don't always hit the head dead on, after all.

My AR also has a light and dot site on it, so it is my go-to zombie killer, right now.
I think my second choice would be my Brockman custom Marlin .44 mag lever, with a 18" barrel and scout scope. Good for repelling boarders, alive or dead.
