I love mongolian...

Some days it varies, but I'm usually tossing beef/buffalo, noodles, pineapples, oranges, water chestnuts, jalapenos, mushrooms in a bowl... then adding peanut sauce, terriyaki, a spicy sauce (varies), and some garlic oil - then I top it off with crushed peanuts and coconut. Its sooooo good!

If that sounds great to you right now, you must be recovering. I love Mongolian as much as the next guy (minus the peanuts), but it isn't for those lacking intestinal fortitude.

Ooooh, just got my Swiss Tool today (paid $10 for it - thanks to Amazon's craziness). That makes a dozen Vics... The two in plastic are a red and a silver Farmer, the NIB one is an '05 Soldier for Jordan. Cain's is still in the works (2003). I've got $60 in discounts on top of Amazon's 1/2 price or less sales in that pile. About $155 in total there... for 12 knives!
