Certain management folk that don't have any big company experience. There is some great perspective you get having worked in a major corporation. Process and policy related stuff that folks in little company's don't get exposure to.

22's are pretty dangerous.
i dont have any rifles but my friend has some .22 long rifles.
i took a rifle course and I know all my saftey procedures and im kinda accurate.
i can get about ten shots in the area of a dime at like 50 yds with peep sights.
i want a .22, soon though.

I have several 22's, just don't get around to shooting them much. A shame really, it's a great inexpensive round. Once my yoots get older, I will shoot them more.

You only really need 3 guns ,a centrefire hunting rifle ,a 12 guage and a .22.

Tasers are a HUGE issue right now in Canada ,we just had 3 people die from being tased in one week + a lawsuit from a guy getting tased for no reason here in sask.
I think they are a useful tool but they are being misused. Instead of being something that iws used instead of a service weapon they are being used if the person does not comply instantly with the officers order. Now there is a HUGE chance of them losing them altogether because some cops can't control their tempers.

There is nothing better than seeing someone who really deserves it getting tased.
