Yeah, I'll be wearing a t-shirt, a long sleeved shirt, a sweater and a windbreaker.
The problem is that I'll need to start by running fast for about a mile or mile and a half (with a heavy pack), then I'll need to sit still, damp from sweat, and cold, and just wait.

sure. I just was at a coffee house with a friend having cake and steamed milk, and the people there were horrible. plus I haven't slept in like, oh, a day and a point five now, and I'm back at work for about six more hours. also, grammar gone kablooey.

Oooh. That sucks Mike. perhaps put the sweater in your backpack so you can be a little cooler on the run and put it on to conserve your heat when you stop

What about a croissant with some type of coffee or caffeinated filling?

Yummy! I simply could not do your job. I absolutely love fresh bakery goods. I would weight in 35 stones in no time!

"Mike wants lots of butter!" It's true. The secret to baking like Mike is to cut the sugar in half, then double the butter.
