Buddy and myself made this kydex sheath for the scrapper 6. It's IWB carry for hunting/fishing around sheeple so as to not frighten away. It's in the waistband and riding easy!

Maker's notes: Knife must ride loose enough in the sheath so it can be pulled out without the sheath (which hugs the waistband with moderate tension). This is a pretty simple design using kydex only (with rivits) and did not require extra parts. The only problem was getting the blade loose enough to come out without pulling the sheath, but it's done, and I LOVE IT!

BTW, the scrapper 6 throws pretty good. I threw it about 2 dozen times into a seasoned oak bole we cut for a target. I thought the tip might be too thin, but even after several bad throws where the tip entered and the knife rotated out, no dammage/bending of the tip! AND it sticks DEEP. Gotta get me another one as a dedicated thrower.

Welcome to the yard! Some of the guys have posted you get fierce ricochets with thrown yard knives if they hit [censored] first, just remember to duck! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

oh yes how I know that's true! Not from personal experience though. If I'm within 7-8 paces I can at least get it to strike point first, if not stick every time.

Welcome to the party aleyn1975!
Nice sheath you made there. Do you have a rivet press?
