...you completely forgot you bought? I don't consider myself old by any means, but I pulled out a suitcase I hadn't used in a quite a while and discovered...a never-used Cold Steel Bushman! I mean, I know a $30 knife is nothing to write home about, but hey, it was a mini-Christmas moment for me. grin At least I have something I can throw in the emergency kit in the car.

Anything like this happen to any of you guys?

I've had those moments with other things, but never with anything cool like a knife.

Nice find!

I find forgotten stuff every time I straighten up my office. Sometimes being forgetful has its advantages!

I've never had this happen with a knife, but I did have it happen with a gun once. It was a small handgun that I stuck in the safe, and forgot about until I cleaned the safe.

It was a neat surprise.

Now if I could only make that happen with a FFBM....

This thread reminded me that I need to go sell more blood to keep building my Battle Mistress fund. To be honest I'd take ANY Battle Mistress (except the anniversary straight handle).
