Well, we're BACK !!! We had a nice trip visiting my brother in the K/C area, and I got to visit legendary Mountain Man Jim Bridger's gravesite.

Made it back with a good bill of health from my Heart Surgeon. And the rehab folks said that I’ve met the goals that were set for me. So I’M GOIN HOME FRIDAY!

Me, today is when I go in for my two week post-op evaluation. HOPEFULLY and by the grace of GOD I’ll get a good report and be able to go home this weekend.

Sleeping a lot better now. For the 2nd night I only woke up once and then went back to sleep. Woke up at 5:20 after hitting the rack at 9 last night.

I have a post surgery follow-up on Wednesday and hopefully will be released to go home this coming weekend.

Well another day, another 13.5 cents. Two days and I had to take another pain pill.

Cool calm and collected, just turned the thermostat in my room to 71.

Tom, the nurses all run to fast, ‘cept for this one. She only has one leg and the other is just a peg so she’s easy to catch. But MAN does she have a mean upper cut and her right cross will make you see stars!

I'm happy to "hear" you sounding so good and positive ! I hope they have some cute nurses / help at the rehab center for you.

Glad to hear you are out and recuperating. Hate to hear that you are stuck in a rehab facility.

Got freed from the Hosp Friday afternoon. In a nursing/rehab center in our home town 1/2 mile from our house. Very convenient. Should be here maybe 2 weeks (depending on rehab progress). It’s not home but will do for now.
