The eggs were cut up in to small pieces and if the "Yellows" were in there they were beat up so small you couldn't see them, but the White part was cut into small pieces.
Sounds odd to me
I thought so as well but it was really good. It was I guess a brown gravy, but was a real light brown I guess or a really dirty looking white gravy if that makes any sense.
