Dog Bowls are typically done 'ganza-style. Whatever will be available is announced in 48-hour post followed by a 24-hour warning (with prices) post. You get your order email ready and wait until you see a "Go" post by Dan to send it. Orders are filled in the sequence emails are received until the quantity available is exhausted. 2-3 days afterward, people start getting notices about what (if anything) they got, you pay, they ship.
Of course, the rules change from one to the next, so this could be a totally different game; we'll just have to wait and see.
Renee will be back tomorrow. She took the weekend off for the holiday and It was the only way I could get her out of my office and the trunk of my car.
