I went and look at the Trilithium Triclimate Jacket. Very well made! It looks like it can probably take some beating too. Not as warm as 550 fill goose down. But then again nothing is, warmest jacket will probably be a 900 fill down. I mean people go up Mt. Fuji on that thing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

My friend went and check out the 550 fill greenland jacket which is very warm. Definitely a winter jacket.

I think pretty much all the well known brand make good jackets. The key is to buy last year's model and save 50% <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
