I'm not realy sure what you mean, but fried bananas is an ordinary side dish with Oriental food overhere. It should be made with those smallish short & sweet oriental kind of bananas, also eaten raw while they're still green. The recipe (peeled and rolled trough a slightly sweetened, loose batter, then fried) will work with any kind of banana I think, though.

I would like to try that some day.
