We have had some small knives medium knives and large recently.
How about a fighting utility type blade for the JYDs? Something for the zombie apocalypse or Armageddon or whatever you have a BOB for.
A modified spear point type blade. Light enough for CQB but with the strength that makes yard knives so famous.
About a 5 to 6 inch long blade. 1 3/8-1 1/2 inches tall 3/16 inch thick
Full flat or saber grind.
And add either the full size handle or the regulator handle.
Then add color selection. Tan/black. Old yard logo. JYD on the blade behind the logo or on the opposite side. Number optional.
Not a bad idea, or set of criteria Mike. BUT
personally I think it should be 7 inches from tip to handle and about 1.5 inches edge to spine.. Basically an enlarged Wardog, .200 -.250 inch ffg blade with Mudder (or a version about half again as big (circumference) handles. But an enlarged Wardog handle would work fine as well. That Mudder grip is awsome! AND while you're at it (yes I know, added cost) put a penetrater tip in it!
