So hot on the heels of my SS4 that I picked up last week, I stumbled on a Scrapper 5 LE. Instantly my favourite knife.

I don't like you any more, you got both my most coveted knifes that I couldn't find! Haha, just messing with you. YOU WILL like these blades. And they both ARE highly sought after.

I THINK you said your collection is just starting, well you are off to a fantastic start. Now for a BIG CHOPPA! Might I suggest the DogFather (holy grail of choppers) the 1111 or the 1311. Also the 911 is a really good medium large blade.

Also the 911 is a really good medium large blade. Yep, S5 LE, SS4, 511, plus a 711 and Safety Mutt en route (plus an RMD in hand and a TGLB on order). "Do not despise the day of small beginnings" eh? I'm waiting for the 711 to arrive before I go bigger. I have the Becker BK7 and BK9 and if (as I suspect will happen) I prefer the 711 to the BK7, then I think the 911 will be next on the list.

Get an 1111 and don't look back. You really will want a 1311 if you spend alot of time in thick brush.

In all honesty (for me anyway) the 911 is more than enough blade for any need I would have around here. BUT the 1311 is really nice as a great chopper and also not a bad all around Light (meaning sorta short) Machete. It's sorta like that Lays Potato chip commmercial, you can't have just one.

As I've said before, if you have any questions about knives and fellow knife knuts down under, I am pretty Sure Andy the Aussie can hook you up with some contacts.

The S5LE is the best knife ever released by Dan.

Congrats on a great snag.
I regret selling the two I've had.

Hook him up like a crack dealer.... The LE is a sweet piece of steel...!!!!!!! 911 or 1111.....hummmmmmm I would have to go 1111, but that is because I like big steel, in all honesty the 911 is more than most folks will ever need....but I do my nails with a NMFBM....
