It didn't need broken in. It's just the thin lip next to the poly tip wanted to catch on the two piece feed ramp they designed. You could see it's damage to the round and how it fed. Any othe hollow points because the rounded lip work fine.

The result is the round would get half way out of the mag and stop. You had to lock the slide to the rear and push the round back into the mag before the mag could be released or the slide cycled. Not a jam you want to have in a gun fight becasue tap and rack just FUBARS the situation.

I'll have to find out when we get her to the range with it.

Try these ECF. All I've heard about pierce products is good.

I am so used to window shopping that the word "Budget" has officially been dropped from my vocabulary!

I need to relearn the meaning of the word... I'm so used to having an extra G to spend each month from couch surfing that It's going to be a shock when I have to pay rent again...

Hmmmmm Interesting concept, but I see a few problems right off the bat.

I have one for my Shield. A place here is selling then for $5. I haven't carried with it yet but it works for what you see. There is a bit of tension on the firearm because the part that goes in the barrel is slightly angled. The belt clip is pretty good as well. It's not complicated at all. I can't say I like it for carrying around all day but it could work. I can certainly see it for a grocery store run or taking out the trash and walking the dog when you don't want a major rig on you. I don't see any major issues with it as long as you practice drawing with it and know what you have if you should ever need to draw from it.

PM me if interested...
