Only read one western. Didn't impress me and I never read another.

I considered buying one of these but I thought the light weight would be punishing when using heavy loads. What is your opinion on the recoil?

It don't think the recoil is bad at all Ray.

BC the punisher was invented/created in 72 with his first comic apperance in 74 so I would think he is more of a kindred soul than a cheap rip off.

I enjoy the deathlands series for my action books outlanders is good as well.

I must be ancient then

I was a big Marvel fan during the 70's and I remember when the Punisher came out
I was never much of a fan of the Punisher
Back then I was into; Thor, Avengers and Spiderman

I liked the old Punisher that wore magazines on the front of his belt and they made up the teeth of the skull on his costume.

Not really worth starting a new thread over, so I'll just post it here.

I just intercepted my wife's Christmas gift to me. I just opened up a large envelope from the NRA. Looks like I'm a card carrying Benefactor Member now. She must've done it when they sent us the discount packet a few weeks ago. SHE'S AWESOME!!!

A couple of us were talking AR15's the other morning. I looked at my Colt AR15a3 and the receiver is marked .223 and the barrel is marked 5.56 NATO. I thought that rather strange. Does it mean something?

As long as the barrel is 5.56 you are GTG.
