Lookin for a new belt. Now that I will be CCW several hours every day, I am looking for a better belt. The one I have is OK, but I want one that is QUALITY and won't wear out in a year or so. I think that I want a 1.5 inch belt and 7 holes for adjustment (three tighter and three looser) than the normal wear position.

What do Y'all suggest? $100.00 is pretty much my max ceiling.

Thanks Tom, I hadn't thought of that. After spending 2 days with my new IWB holster, I really like it.

I have been using a tool belt died black for 10 years now as a duty belt and it is still holding up well.

I think hybrids will be the number one carry holster for quite a long time once everyone tries them.

I finally have something constructive to add to this thread.

Skunk, take a look at: http://www.thebeltman.net/. I have three gun belts from him and couldn't be more pleased. The oldest belt is five years old and is wearing beautifully. I wear a Glock 17 on my strong side with two mags on the weak side with no problem.

Well we now have an official anoncment from the ATF. No shouldering an arm brace... Because your redesigning it....
These guys are idiots lol. Redesigning it? Where did they learn about engineering and production?
Shoulding now = engineering and manufacturing it into something else...

Randy, this was the first thing I found when I googled it. I have some 2" Nylon belts stiffened with Kydex that we issue to our MPs, and they're great, if a bit big for everyday carry. I figured a kydex stiffened belt might be a good fit for you too.

5.11 also has some belts with the stiffened liner.
