Look forward to hearing what you think of it. Looks a lot of fun and a great back up weapon for the misses too. After Sandy Hook, that became illegal here in CT.

The way it looks now I won't be able to get one that uses the Beretta 92/96 mags. They only have the ones that accept the Beretta PX4 mags. I can deal with that although I would rather have the other mag version. No biggie, long as I get it.

I'm thinking real seriously of the following.

The Beretta CX4 9mm carbine with the following:

1. Sparc II red dot sight.

2. A dozen magazines (eventually).
3. 124gr. Plus P ammo.
4. MOLLE vest as a magazine carrier platform.
5. one of these three mag pouches.

Hmmm. Methinks the S5 would be a good contender for a medium size blade to attach to the vest as well. And Of course a good Tactical flashlight.

Sounds good to me! What the capacity on the mags you'll get?

I just got new grips for my CZ 75's. The Compact got aluminum ones from CZ and the full size got VZ grips. I like them both a lot! The full size came with plastic ones which were fine but cheaper than the pistol deserves and the Compact comes with rubber grips that feel fantastic but are thick. The aluminum grips really thin it out and puts the trigger in much easier reach.

Rich, I plan on the 20 round mags for this. Figure for the same price why not carry and extra three rounds per mag. Also I am thinking about these mag carriers:

Those CZ's are lookin nice! I think that we now officially have another convert. Praise the Lord! Seriously Rich, I AM glad to see you are taking an active response to having the ability and skill to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Nice! 120-160 rounds seems formidable to me!

For me, my range time means no responsibilities for the kiddos or anyone else...just relaxing time solo shooting the breeze with folks at the range and trying to improve my shooting.

You can actually get those pouches from 5 all the way to 8 mag capacity.
