Thinking about how great the 13-11 is, maybe that should be the platform for the Magnum Regulator.
My initial thought for a large Regulator was just a 12" .33" thick spike, basically ignoring practicality, but the 13-11 is a proven piece and could fill multiple roles with a little tweaking.

What if they just put the Regulator handle and a clip point on the 13-11?

If we're gonna dream... how about a DHT 1311 with the regulator handle set at an angle just slightly steeper than the current handle hanging off of the back of a wider blade so as to make the blank cutout all fit on one straight piece. It doesn't even need to be longer (though an inch or two would be fine), the weight increase of wider (but not thicker) stock and larger tang for the reg handle should make for one heck of a chopper!
