It's gonna take me a while lazi. But I am really looking forward to it. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE the Tactical Solutions 5.5 inch fluted barrel on the Buckmark. And also the integral rail that includes a rear sight. Then I would like to have a small reflex sight like the burris or bushnell on it. THEN in time I would like to have the 10/22 takedown with threaded barrel and set up for a reflex sight as well, or maybe a small power scope.

My UTG light arrived. It seems to be well made and I really love the feature where the brightness can be varied from an extremely low setting to full output at 700 lumens. The light remembers the setting and can be turned off and back on using the function switch. Unfortunately, the switch does not work all the time. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. So, I will return it and buy a Streamlight HP.

Ray. I was wrong! the TLR-1 HL is the one I have. the HPL is the one that is more like a spotlight and I DID NOT LIKE!!!

I don't know the true lumens on the light, but you don't want to shine it in a mirror and into your eyes, SPECIALLY in strobe mode!

I bought the TLR-1s HP. It is rated for 200 lumens. I adjusted the other light that I am returning down to about 200 lumens and that level was fine.

In a room setting you don't really need a mega lumens light. All it will do is blind BOTH of you in my opinion. I am VERY satisfied with my set up, after testing it in a completely darkened house. NO, I did NOT fire the weapon, Sheesh my name isn't Tom ya know. wink smile

Well, if you don't fire it, how will you know the effect the muzzle flash will have on your night vision?

I picked up my PSA 9mm lower yesterday. This will be my first AR but I'm thinking I my do another at some point. I will most likely go ahead and set up a 7.62x39 AR since I want to avoid .223 and I don't want to add any more calibers to what I have already. This PSA lower seems to be pretty nice and well built so I'm thinking I may get just another PSA complete lower after I get the upper for this one. I already purchased some 20 round 9mm AR mags and I'll probably get a few 32 round mags whenever they show up back in stock.

No I ended up passing on it just couldn't think of a reason I needed it over the DPMS GII I am waiting on.
