I think that TRASH-1 will be a perfect knife for a scout carry sheaths, handle lighter than blade will not cause balance issues...
Guess I'll need to order some cowhide...

those sheaths were a bargain, even for the bargain Yard Yes, they were a great bargain. I was going to buy a couple of each before they sold out, but I was too late. It would be nice if Dan could get some more in, but it don't look like he will.

Banana, are you talking about the sheaths that fit the 911, or did another one became available on the site that I was never even aware of? No, just the older sheaths that were available a few years ago, the 10" and 6" black condura sheaths. Wish I would have got a few extra back in the day.

Those "Older" sheaths fit a multitude of knives.
For instance, the long one fits the BWM so it will also fit the Dog Father.
The shorter one will fit the Scrapper 6 (S6) AND the BGASH1 and so it will also fit the TRASH1.
Those are respectively 10.5 and 6.5 inch blades.
Hope that helps. Oh the fit on the ASH and S6 isn't perfect of course, but WILL work.

I'm glad I did get two a few years back. I have one for my Scrapper 6 and one for my dogfather.
Did Dan ever say why they don't sell them anymore?

I believe they got a deal on a certain volume of sheaths, and passed it on to us.
