But the recoil impulse is much crisper and you don't have the noise as the bolt reciprocates. I don't have as much muzzle jump and the recoils feels different. Not sure how to explain it.

I went with a Century Arms AK-63D under folder. Can't wait to get to the range and try it out.

Ok yeah I was referring to the twang of the recoil spring, so overall you feel it was a good purchase?

Yes! I good investment for sure! I may add an adjustable gas block at some point. I just hate to add more moving parts that can go wrong.
My muzzle rise is much better. I just want to get my gun to the point is stays perfectly flat for follow up shots.

I ordered (10) factory 20rd mags for my Ruger Mini-14 Tactical over the weekend...even though I want to sell the gun.

My logic was...if the gun doesn't sell I'll have TWELVE 20rd mags for it so its at least a battle functional weapon.

I'm taking my AUG A3 M1 3x to the range tomorrow. I'll try to get some pictures up.

The AUG really is a love/hate kind of rifle for many. The new F90 (EF88) is designed to rectify many of the issues we have had with them in service over the years. I am no a huge fan (and was part of the SARP - Small Arms Replacement Program in the late 80s) but it has now certainly proven its worth in service here now for the past 27yrs !!
