Today is hot and muggy ; step outside and immediately break a sweat. Really glad I mowed yesterday ! Still waiting to see if the storms materialize overnight and tomorrow. The General is planning to come home tomorrow depending on the weather.

Yeah, don’t want to fly in the Hindenburg in a thunderstorm.

We had a heck of a storm move through earlier bringing a LOT of rain. We decided the General should wait to return tomorrow due to more storms expected later. I hope everyone else is doing OK.

It must have been really bad to delay the flight. BUT better that than have a problem just to get back to her little private a day earlier. Generals are precious.

Just 15 more days before I’m layed open like a pan fried Chicken, I sure hope that the Chef and all his Sous chefs are at the top of their game that day.

Randy, the General drove to the Chicago suburbs, not fly. I also hope the Chefs are on their "A game" for your surgery. Hey, maybe they could remove some of your extra "stuffing" as well.

Haha, they could remove 100 pounds of stuffing and I’d still weigh just over a buck fifty.

Made a discovery (and got it nixed). “They” wanted me to have an echocardiogram Friday Prior to the surgery. I can understand and have no problem with this. BUT I asked them that since I had one done on the 5th, WHY was another one required. They once again said wha? Then when they looked in my records, AGAIN for the second time, that I had already had one done, they said never mind.

I know I ain’t to smart (being a Redneck and all), but I figured they were either trying to pad the account or one doctor wasn’t having his staff check with the other. Either way, I WILL NOT be needing a second Echocardiogram.

At least that's a little good news.
