Well, we're BACK !!!  We had a nice trip visiting my brother in the K/C area, and I got to visit legendary Mountain Man Jim Bridger's gravesite.

Still some soreness, but overall I feel really good. Haven’t needed anything for pain but there is some aching. Other than that I’m not fast, just maybe half fast
