I might have to check out a martial arts store about 30 miles away about the waxwood. I checked with an AI and it said the staff might bend to much if I had to put my full weight in it causing me to possibly fall.
I found a possible source for a black locust staff that sound like it may be good and he also has Osage Orange staffs which might be a possibility although it is quite a bit heavier.

Just had my Cardio Rehab eval today. It went well. Most strenuous thing I had to do was walk for 6 minutes. I did it at 2.5mph and was still walking well afterward, no staggering around.

I think the heat is driving people nuts.
I was south of Salt Lake city today and some dude with a shotgun got smoked by 2 CCW holders right after we left a reasturant after lunch.
