Nothing at all to do with knives I know but I would guess that some of you dogs train a little eh ?
Anyways I have started doing push-ups with my hands on a basket ball and man are these tough but they feel good !
A quick tip if your gonna try them is it's easier the wider you have your feet apart to help with the balance !!!

That sounds wicked. I have been doing them using gymnist rings and my feet elevated. Same idea I think. It works the stableizer musscles. I'll give it a try tonight. Thanks for the tip.

i do these at the gym on the squishy yoga ball with my toes up on the bench. it does work, my chest press went up about 30 pounds in two weeks.

Here are the ones I do:
You need one of those big balance balls and one of the half balls.

Flip the half one over and hold onto the edges with your hands, put your feet up on the balance ball.

Now that just sounds painful.

My favorite pushups are putting my feet on a large physical therapy ball and then use push up bars. It forces you to stabilize your feet and legs while are moving from side to side as you do pushups. Much tougher than standard pushups.
